The Robert M. Lombard Hyperbaric Oxygenation Medical Center is located at 255 N. 6th Street, in Columbia, Pennsylvania, along the beautiful Susquehanna River.  We are centrally located between York and Lancaster, and are just south of Harrisburg.

From York:
 
Follow 30 East until you cross over the Susquehanna River. Take the first exit (marked Columbia Route 441).  At the exit stop sign, turn left. Travel one block to stop sign (Fifth Street) and turn right.  Travel 2 blocks to Poplar Street and turn left.  Travel one block to Sixth Street.  Our Medical Center is across Sixth Street on the right side.  It is a one story, red brick building with a flat roof.  Parking is in the back. Enter through the sliding glass doors.
 
From Harrisburg:
 
Route 283 East to 441 South.  You eventually will cross over Route 30. Stay on 441 (Past Burger King on the left) to the 3rd road on the left (Poplar Street). Turn Left, go 3 blocks to Sixth Street. Our Medical Center is across Sixth Street on the right side.  It is a one story, red brick building with a flat roof.  Parking is in the back. Enter through the sliding glass doors.
 
From Points South  (Baltimore, Washington D.C.):
 
95 North to 83 North to 30 East.  Follow 30 East until you cross over the Susquehanna River. Take the first exit (marked Columbia Route 441).  At the exit stop sign, turn left. Travel one block to stop sign (Fifth Street) and turn right.  Travel 2 blocks to Poplar Street and turn left.  Travel one block to Sixth Street.  Our Medical Center is across Sixth Street on the right side.  It is a one story, red brick building with a flat roof.  Parking is in the back. Enter through the sliding glass doors.
 
From Points East (Philadelphia):
 
Take the Schuylkill Expressway (76 West) to the Pennsylvania Turnpike (76 West). Follow the Turnpike to Exit 286 (Route 222 South). Take Rt. 222 South to Rt. 30 West.  Follow Rt. 30 West (stay in right lane to avoid getting onto Rt. 283) until you reach the second Columbia exit (Route 441).  If you cross over the Susquehanna River you have gone too far.   Exit at Rt. 441. At stop sign turn left.  Go 3 blocks to Poplar Street and turn left.  Go 3 blocks to Sixth Street. Our Medical Center is across Sixth Street on the right side.  It is a one story, red brick building with a flat roof.  Parking is in the back. Enter through the sliding glass doors.
 
Alternate route from East (Downingtown, Coatesville, Lancaster):   Follow Rt. 30 West (stay in right lane to avoid getting onto Rt. 283) until you reach the second Columbia exit (Route 441).  If you cross over the Susquehanna River you have gone too far.   Exit at Rt. 441.  At stop sign turn left.  Go 3 blocks to Poplar Street and turn left.  Go 3 blocks to Sixth Street. Our Medical Center is across Sixth Street on the right side.  It is a one story, red brick building with a flat roof.  Parking is in the back. Enter through the sliding glass doors.
 
From Points Northeast (New England States):
 
Take Rt. 95 South to Rt. 80 West to Rt. 287 West to Rt. 78 West to Rt. 222 South to Rt. 30 West toward York. Follow Rt. 30 West (stay in right lane to avoid getting onto Rt. 283) until you reach the second Columbia exit (Route 441).  If you cross over the Susquehanna River you have gone too far.   Exit at Rt. 441. At stop sign turn left.  Go 3 blocks to Poplar Street and turn left.  Go 3 blocks to Sixth Street. Our Medical Center is across Sixth Street on the right side.  It is a one story, red brick building with a flat roof.  Parking is in the back. Enter through the sliding glass doors.
 
From Points West (Pittsburgh):
 
Take Rt. 376 to Rt. 76 East (PA Turnpike) to Rt. 83 South (Exit 242) to Rt. 30 East (Exit 21).  Follow  Rt. 30 East until you cross over the Susquehanna River. Take the first exit (marked Columbia Route 441).  At the exit stop sign, turn left. Travel one block to stop sign (Fifth Street) and turn right.  Travel 2 blocks to Poplar Street and turn left.  Travel one block to Sixth Street.  Our Medical Center is across Sixth Street on the right side.  It is a one story, red brick building with a flat roof.  Parking is in the back. From Points West Beyond Pittsburgh:
 
Take 70 East to Rt. 76 East (PA Turnpike) to Rt. 83 South (Exit 242) to Rt. 30 East (Exit 286). Follow Rt. 30 East until you cross over the Susquehanna River. Take the first exit (marked Columbia Route 441).  At the exit stop sign, turn left. Travel one block to stop sign (Fifth Street) and turn right.  Travel 2 blocks to Poplar Street and turn left.  Travel one block to Sixth Street.  Our Medical Center is across Sixth Street on the right side.  It is a one story, red brick building with a flat roof.  Parking is in the back. From the Health Campus of Lancaster General:
 
Take Rt. 30 West to Rt 441/ (2nd Columbia exit).  If you cross over the Susquehanna River you have gone too far.   Exit at Rt. 441. Once in Columbia, PA, the Medical Center is easy to find. We are located on the corner of Sixth and Poplar Streets, with the parking lot access on Poplar Street to the rear of the building. Come through the sliding glass doors and take the hallway on the left. The first door on the right is the entrance to the treatment room.  We look forward to meeting you!
